Adventure spa

The three-storey Mediterranean-style indoor adventure spa is guaranteed fun for every member of the family both in the winter and summer. You can swim out of the indoor spa
into the open air, where neck shower, water jets await the bathers.
The real sensation of the Adventure Spa is the 94-meter-long indoor slide with light and sound effects.
In addition, we offer varied bathing with adventure pools, geysers, neck showers, massage beds, Jacuzzi Island, and lazy river pool.
For families with small children, the offer is enriched by baby paddling pool, baby slide, baby-mummy leisure room with changing table, and toys.

Air conditioning

The rooms of Kehida Termal Hotel and Hertelendy House are air-conditioned. The desired degree is adjustable in every room by means of the thermostat located on the wall.

Babysitting / Mini Club

Our Children’s Snug awaits its smallest guests with colourful programs and creative occupations. Children under the age of 3 can only participate in the occupations with
parental supervision.

Bathrobe / Towel

It is included in the room, you can find it on the bed. The use of the bathrobe is included
in the room rate and it is available until 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Upon payment of deposit, it can also be used after checking out of the room. If the size of the bathrobe is not suitable, please contact the chambermaids or ask for a
new size at the front desk.
Change: once a week, if you have any request, please contact the chambermaids of the given floor or the reception

Beauty Salon

Our Beauty Salon is located on the ground floor of the hotel next to the luggage storage.
Services: beauty treatments, hairdressing, manicure, pedicure, solarium.

Bike rental

We provide bicycles free for our guests. Please ask our receptionist colleague for
assistance.

Bill

Please, pay your bill as well as the extra consumption before checking out at the reception.

Blanket

Upon request, we provide an extra blanket. Please contact our chambermaids or colleagues
at the reception.

Bottle

It can be found in the mini bar in the room.

Breakfast

The buffet-style breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.00 am to 10.00 am. The buffet
breakfast can only be consumed in the restaurant. If you would like to have breakfast in
your room (an extra service charge apply), please call the Deák Restaurant or the reception.

Cardroom

The cardroom is the place in our hotel where smoking is permitted. It can be found on
the first floor next to Room 129.

Car park

The hotel has a car park closed with barrier. Entry into the car park of Kehida Termal Hotel
is possible by typing in the code 8888#, in case of Hertelendy House it is possible by using
the code 9999. The hotel is not liable for any damages occurred in the parking lot.

Change of towels

Detergents are harmful to the environment. In the hotels of the world, several tons of
towels are washed every day.
You can also contribute to the protection of our environment as follows:
A towel on the floor means “Please replace”
A towel on the rack means “I will use it again”.

Check-in

On the day of arrival, our guests can check into the hotel rooms from 3.00 pm. Until the
check-in they can place their luggage in the luggage storage.

Check-out

Guests are requested to leave the rooms until 11 am on the day of departure. Please
contact the hotel reception in advance in case of any claims for late check-out.

Child-friendly services

We provide baby bed, changing table, baby bath tub, baby bottle as well as baby food
heater, step stool, toilet trainer, baby phone, pram for free while the stock lasts.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is carried out between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. If you would like to have it at
a different time or you don’t need it at all, please contact the reception or indicate it by
hanging out the card provided for this purpose.

Coffee shop and pastry shop

Our coffee shop is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. We prepare several variations
of coffee from high-quality coffee beans grounded on the spot to our guests. The
lovers of tea can also find their favourite among the drinks brewed from tea leaves or
filter bag tea. The confectionery of our hotel ensures delicious fresh cakes every day in a
wide selection for the coffee shop. (It can also be visited in swimsuits.)

Conference and meeting rooms

Our conference room, which can receive up to 100 people, is located on the first floor of
the hotel.

Departure

On the day of departure, the room is at your disposal until 11.00 am. If you would like to
stay longer in your room, please contact the reception.
The spa can be used free of charge on the day of departure even after the check-out.
Please, pay your bill and extra consumption at the reception before leaving the hotel.

Designated smoking areas

In the area of Kehida Termal Hotel, smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas
indicated by signs. The rooms and apartments of Kehida Termal Hotel, Hertelendy House
and Holiday Village are non-smoking.

Dietitian – diet meals

If you need a special diet or have food allergy, please contact our Food and Beverage
Manager or our cook at dinner.

Dinner

The buffet dinner is served in the restaurant from 6.00 to 9.00 pm. The buffet dinner can
only be consumed in the restaurant. If you would like to have dinner in your room (an
extra service charge apply), please call the room service.

Disabled guests

One accessible room is available for our disabled guests in the Kehida Termal Hotel. The
area of the thermal bath and adventure spa is accessible.

Electricity

Insert your room key card into the wall slot located above the light switch next to the
door, this way there will be electricity in the room. After removing the card the electricity
turns off automatically after half a minute.

Extra bed

Extra beds can be requested at the reception for an extra charge, but under the age of 5,
the use of an extra bed is free of charge.

We organise banquets, conferences, seminars, presentations, celebrations. For an offer,
please contact our colleague at the Sales Department. (On weekdays from 8.00 am to
4.00 pm).

Fax, photocopying

The service can be requested at the reception for an extra charge.

Fire safety

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Please, read carefully the fire escape plan located on the door. In case of fire please call
the above phone number immediately and act in accordance with the fire safety regulations located on the door.

Fitness room

The use of the fitness room and the table tennis table located there is free of charge for
our hotel guests. It is recommended to use sports clothes and shoes. Between the ages
of 7-14, the fitness room should only be used accompanied by parents. Under the age
of 7, the fitness room cannot be visited without parents.

Flower, vase

Our colleagues at the reception are happy to order you flowers, bouquets.

Within half-board, lunch or dinner can be chosen. Meals are available by showing the

Heating is individually controllable to the desired degree in every room with the thermostat located on the wall.

Hertelendy House

It is a mini hotel with 24 rooms situated 150 meters away from the main building. The
House has its own wellness centre, which can be used by the hotel guests until 10.00 pm.

Our colleagues at the Reception or Sales Department are happy to take you around the
Kehida Termal Hotel.

Infrared sauna

The infra sauna is located on the first floor of the spa in the Sauna Oasis. (Red zone)

Internet

Free WI-FI access is provided in the area of the Kehida Termal Hotel, Hertelendy House
and Holiday Village. The internet terminal situated in the hallway of the conference room
can be used free of charge by our hotel guests. If you need to print, please contact the
reception desk.

Kneipp treading pool

It is located in the Sauna Oasis, it can be used free of charge.

Laundry / Ironing

Clothes handed in before 9.00 am will be ready in the afternoon. Please, hand in the clothes to be cleaned in the laundry bag together with the laundry list to the chambermaids or the receptionist colleagues.

Linen change

In case of a longer stay, we change bed sheets in every 4 days at Kehida Termal Hotel and
Hertelendy House, in the apartment houses of the Holiday Village we do it weekly. Upon
request, it is possible to change it daily.

Upon checking in and out, you may request our hotel porter service, which is free.

Luggage storage

Our hotel guests can use the luggage storage located in the hallway behind the reception
desk for free. The hotel does not take any responsibility for any luggage stored there.

The doors of the hotel rooms operate with magnetic key cards.

Massage

It is available on the second floor of the adventure spa and can also be reached by elevator.
Appointment either in person or by phone on the number 586, which can be called free of charge from the rooms.

Medical cures

You can get more information about traditional cure options, the types and effects of the
treatments from the dispatcher of the Therapy Department or at the hotel reception. We
offer therapeutic packages with 5, 10, 20 or 30 treatments supervised by our doctors.
Our treatments are not supported by the National Health Insurance!

Medicine

Drugs without prescription can be purchased at the Liliom Souvenir Store situated on the
ground floor. Medicine with prescription is available at the pharmacy in the village.

Messages

You will be informed by the front desk or telephone centre if you have received a message.

Mini bar

Please note that every bottle opened will be invoiced. Our colleagues fill the mini bar
every day. Upon departure, please check the daily mini bar consumption recorded by the
chambermaids.

Newspapers

Newspapers and magazines can be purchased at the Delicatessen shop located on the
corridor leading to the restaurant.

Open air spa

Our open air spa is a real refreshment in the summer, where we serve the family’s comfort with an adventure pool including geysers, neck shower, a pool bar in the middle
of the pool, paddling pool for small children, wave pool, swimming pools, sitting pools with 34-36 °C temperature thermal water, leisure and sun decks (also for naturists).

We have pillows in different sizes and quality. Upon request, we can change it or provide anextra pillow. Please, contact the front desk or the chambermaids.

Playground for children

It is situated at the outdoor adventure spa behind the hot water swimming pool. Children can choose from among swings, monkey bars, slide, sandpit and other games.

Postal item

Letters and postcards with stamps handed in until 1.00 pm will be sent by the mail of the
same day.

It is located in a folder in the room. In favour of the high standard service delivery, we are

Restaurant / Deák Restaurant

The restaurant is named after the great personality of the village, Ferenc Deák, who was the Minister of Justice in the first independent Hungarian Government.
(In swimsuits, only the terrace of the restaurant can be visited.)

Sauna

The saunas are located at our Sauna Oasis on the first floor of the spa. Our hotel guests
can visit it free of charge. Our saunas must be visited without swimwear, but the use of
bath towel is compulsory!

Sewing, ironing

Sewing kit is located in the wardrobe. It is forbidden to do the ironing in the room.

The shoeshine machines can be found on the first floor next to the Conference Room in
the Kehida Termal Hotel, and beside the main entrance in the Hertelendy House.

Snack bar

The cosy snack bar furnished with joyful interiors is located in the indoor adventure spa
and it offers hamburgers, hot-dogs, daily menu, hot dishes, salads, desserts, prepared
foods, fizzy drinks, and fruit juices.

Solarium

Our tanning beds are situated in the Beauty Salon and Therapy Department.
The service is available for an extra charge.

Steam bath

The Steam bath is located at the “Sauna World” on the first floor of the spa, it can be used
free of charge. Temperature: 45 °C.

‘Szép’ card

Our hotel accepts ‘Szép’ cards issued by K&H, OTP and MKB Bank.

To reserve a table, please contact our colleagues at the reception or the sales department,
or directly the Deák Restaurant.

Taxi

In case of ordering a taxi, our receptionists will be gladly at your disposal.

You can make phone calls directly from the room. For external calls, first press the key 0,

Therapy

Our Therapy Department can be found on the second floor of the indoor spa, where
physiotherapeutic treatments, therapeutic massages, body treatments are available for
compensation.

Thermal bath/White Zone

Our qualified medicinal water with outstanding calcium, magnesium, and hydrogen
carbonate content among domestic spas provides real recreation for our guests. Our
guests’ peaceful recreation is ensured by a thermal pool with weight bath and neck
shower (and with a pool lift for the disabled), and a round sitting pool of 34-36 degrees
of Celsius in a separate room of the indoor spa partitioned by a glass wall. Our guests
can relax in the lounge chairs placed around the white zoned thermal pools that can
only be used by adults. In addition to the pools, the regular consumption of the water
coming from the drinking fountain situated in the Silence Room (‘Csend Szoba’) is
recommended for digestive problems.

Water composition

Water slides – opening hours

In accordance with the actual opening hours of the spa, slides start to operate half an
hour after the opening time and finish to operate one hour before the closing time.

Worship services

Ask our colleagues at the front desk about the location and start time of the worship
services.

Using the watch

You can enter the green, white and red zones of the thermal and adventure spa through
electric gates. You can walk through the electric gates by means of the identification
watches. On the top of every gate, there is a sensor, onto which the identification watch
must be placed. Every hotel guest receives a yellow watch, by which all parts of the spa
can be visited. We provide a blue watch for every child. The identification watch is for
going from one zone to another, opening and closing the locker, and exiting the spa. The
identification watch cannot be used for other purposes after the end of the programmed
time, therefore we ask you to hand it down at the reception upon leaving the hotel.
